Final Sale Policy

All wigs and services offered by Deelicious Divine Hair are considered final sale.

 

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Ready-to-wear wigs

• Custom-colored units

• Wig services (Refresh, Revive, Revamp)

• Sale or promotional items

 

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed.

Order Accuracy & Inspection

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

 

In the rare event that Deelicious Divine Hair makes an error with your order (such as incorrect unit or service provided), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.

 

Approved claims will be resolved at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations 

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Processing or shipping delays

• Dissatisfaction due to personal preference

• Improper care or maintenance after delivery

• Incorrect address provided by the customer

• Failure to review processing and shipping timelines

Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

• Permanent restriction from future purchases

• Submission of documentation to the payment processor

Wig Services Disclaimer 

Wig services are provided exclusively for Deelicious Divine Hair units.

 

Once a unit has been serviced, no refunds or reversals will be issued under any circumstance.
