Processing Time
Payment Verification & Processing
At Deelicious Divine Wigs, every order is carefully prepared after payment has been successfully confirmed through our system.
Please allow 2–5 business days for payment verification and processing, particularly for orders placed using third-party or installment payment providers such as Afterpay. Processing times for custom units begin only after payment has cleared and the order is officially approved.
This ensures each order is fulfilled securely, accurately, and with the level of care our brand is known for.
Because each unit is professionally customized, processing time varies by order type:

Ready-to-Ship Wigs: 2–3 business days

Non-custom color Wigs: 7–10 business days

Extra Long Length Wigs (30–50 inches): 14–17 business days

REFRESH + REVIVE + REVAMP Wig Services: 3–5 business days after your unit is received
(If additional lace replacement is required, please allow 7–10 extra business days for vendor delivery.)

Shipping Time

Typical shipping timeframes (once shipped):
• Domestic (U.S.): 2–5 business days

Shipping time is separate from processing time.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS, based on the option selected at checkout.
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, Deelicious Divine Hair is not responsible for shipping delays, transit issues, or carrier-related disruptions.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping on select orders. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before shipment. Once dispatched, standard international delivery typically takes 7–12 business days and express international delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. Deelicious Divine Wigs is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or carrier disruptions once the package has shipped.
All international orders are shipped with tracking. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to make changes once an order has been processed.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be emailed to the address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect movement within the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Lost or Delayed Packages

Wig Services Shipping (If Applicable)
For wig service orders (Refresh, Revive, or Revamp), clients are responsible for shipping their unit to and from Deelicious Divine Wigs unless otherwise stated.
Return shipping will not begin until service is complete.
Final Sale Acknowledgment
All products are custom-prepared and processed according to order specifications.
All sales are final.
