Refund Resolution Program

Deelicious Divine Wigs is committed to transparency, accountability, and restoring trust with our community.

 

This Refund Resolution Program has been established to address eligible unresolved orders placed prior to our official February 2026 relaunch implementation, including qualifying unresolved orders originally placed during 2023 - 2024.

 

This program is designed to bring closure to past orders while allowing the brand to move forward with improved systems, policies, and operations.

Eligibility 

This program applies only to orders placed before the official relaunch date.

 

To be eligible, the order must meet all of the following criteria:

 

• Order was placed prior to relaunch

• Order remains unresolved or incomplete

• Client has not already received a refund

• Claim is submitted within the stated resolution window

 

Orders placed after relaunch are not eligible and are governed by our current Refund Policy.

Resolution Options

Eligible claims may be resolved through one of the following options, at the discretion of Deelicious Divine Hair:

 

• Refund issued in full or partial amount

• Store credit toward a future purchase

• Replacement unit (if applicable)

 

Resolutions are determined based on order status, documentation provided, and availability.

Required Documentation 

To submit a claim, clients must provide:

 

• Full name used on the order

• Order number

• Email address used at checkout

• Proof of payment (receipt, confirmation email, or transaction ID)

 

Incomplete submissions may delay or void eligibility.

Resolution Timeline

Approved claims will be reviewed and resolved within 60–90 business daysfrom the date all required documentation is received and verified.

 

For claims with a total value exceeding $1,000, additional time may be required to complete resolution due to structured repayment scheduling.

 

This timeframe represents the maximum period allotted for review and resolution and may be completed sooner at the discretion of Deelicious Divine Hair.

Structured Refund Resolution Payment Terms

Approved structured refund requests are processed through scheduled installment-based payments over the applicable resolution timeframe rather than guaranteed one-time lump sum payouts.

 

Tier 1 — Orders Under $600  Estimated Resolution Timeframe: Approximately 60 Days  

Refunds approved under Tier 1 are typically processed through smaller structured installment payments throughout the resolution period until the documented approved refund balance has been satisfied in full.

 

Tier 2 — Orders Between $600–$900  

Estimated Resolution Timeframe: Approximately 90 Days  

Refunds approved under Tier 2 are processed through scheduled structured installment payments over the applicable resolution timeframe based on operational capacity, active resolution volume, and payment verification review.

 

Tier 3 — Orders Over $900  

Estimated Resolution Timeframe: Approximately 120 Days  

Refunds approved under Tier 3 may require extended structured installment scheduling due to higher balance totals and ongoing operational review processes.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

The full approved refund balance remains documented and honored through the Refund Resolution Program process. Payment timing, installment frequency, and payout scheduling may vary depending on operational capacity, active resolution queue volume, banking/payment verification requirements, and overall processing status.

If the original payment method used at checkout is no longer active or eligible to receive funds, customers may be contacted to verify an alternative approved payout method prior to refund processing.

 

All Refund Resolution communication and processing updates will be handled directly via email to ensure proper documentation and organization throughout the resolution process.

Additional Resolution Options 

In certain qualifying cases, Deelicious Divine Wigs may offer alternative resolution options in place of or in combination with structured refund processing. Available options may include:

 

• Priority Order Fulfillment  

• Enhanced Store Credit  

• Partial Refund + Store Credit Combination  

• Upgraded Fulfillment Options  

• Other approved resolution arrangements determined during individual order review

 

Resolution eligibility, availability, collection value adjustments, and fulfillment options may vary depending on original order details, current collection pricing, operational capacity, vendor availability, and overall resolution review status.

 

Acceptance of any alternative resolution arrangement will be documented and confirmed directly through official customer service email communication prior to processing.

Important Disclosures

• This program is temporary and applies only to legacy orders

• Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval

• Duplicate claims or abusive submissions will be denied

• Participation in this program waives the right to initiate chargebacks or legal action related to the same order

Program Closure

The Refund Resolution Program is a temporary structured resolution initiative created specifically for qualifying legacy orders. 

Deelicious Divine Wigs reserves the right to close or modify the submission window once all eligible claims have been reviewed or operational capacity has been reached.
