Orders & Payment

Processing & Shipping
Processing and shipping timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy and are agreed upon at checkout.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Deelicious Divine Hair is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, vendor delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Final Sale Policy
All products and services are final sale.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted once an order has been processed, except in the rare event of an error made by Deelicious Divine Hair and reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Wig Services Terms
Wig services (Refresh, Revive, Revamp) are available exclusively for Deelicious Divine Hair units.
All services require approval prior to acceptance. Once a unit has been serviced, no refunds or reversals will be issued.
Clients are responsible for shipping their unit to and from Deelicious Divine Hair unless otherwise stated
