Units that are blonde or color-treated require specialized care to preserve tone, prevent brassiness, and protect lace integrity.
If your unit is blonde or color-treated, a Color Care Add-On must be included with your order.

✂️ LACE REPLACEMENT SERVICES
Closure and frontal replacement services are available for units that require new lace installation and customization.
These services include knot bleaching, hairline customization, and seamless blending to restore the front of your unit.

Lace replacement cannot be booked as a standalone service.
Color add-ons are for preservation and tone enhancement only.
Results vary based on the condition of the unit received.
All services are final sale once work begins.
Standard REFRESH • REVIVE • REVAMP™ services that do not require lace replacement are completed within 3–5 business days after your unit is received.
Orders that include lace replacement may experience extended processing time due to lace sourcing.
Our lace supplier observes the Chinese New Year holiday from February 10 – February 23, during which lace shipments are temporarily paused. Lace replacement services will continue as soon as vendor shipping resumes.
