Each custom color is formulated from scratch based on your selected complexity, wig length, and density.

COLOR COMPLEXITY GUIDE:
Single-Tone Custom Color - One solid shade with no highlights or contrast
Two-Tone / Dimensional Color - Highlights, money piece, or soft dimension
Multi-Dimensional Custom Color - Balayage, ombre, or 3+ blended tones
Creative / Fashion Color - Platinum blonde, pastels, reds, or bold custom shades
Custom Color Creation - New Look (Add-On)
Consultation fees are non-refundable and do not include color application. Consultation fees may be credited toward a custom color service if the client proceeds within the stated timeframe.
Custom Color Services Policy
All custom color services are considered specialty services and are final sale once processing begins.
Custom color prcing varies based on color complexity, wig length, and density. Pricing is calculated automatically at checkout based on selections made by the client.
Custom color services:
- Must be purchased with an eligible made to order 1B (Natural Black) or 613 blonde wigs wig
- Require an additional 3-5 business days added to standard processing has started
- Cannot be altered, canceled, or refunded once processing has started
Orders placed with a custom color add-on but without an eligible wig will be canceled and refunded.
